This @wagnerspraytech Flexio 2000 is kinda like ma This @wagnerspraytech Flexio 2000 is kinda like magic - I mean look at how quickly it paints all the little crevices on the crown molding! If I had to do it with out my sprayer, it would have taken me hours, no DAYS to get it painted. Oh, I love this thing!! I mean look at the concentration of paint, you can change the diameter of the spray pattern to be smaller or larger of I want to use it on the walls. It is fabulous for painting furniture, too! I have been quiet on social media for a bit - movi I have been quiet on social media for a bit - moving has been quite time consuming and fighting a sinus infection that won't let go has NOT been helpful. I spent the weekend brightening up the living room with a fresh coat of @behrpaint Weathered Moss N380-3 at 75% (which means it's a bit lighter) and the molding/trim is Polar Bear. Painting the crown molding was a dream with my @wagnerspraytech Flexio 2000. 2 light coats get in all the nooks for a beautiful finish. It would have taken for EVER if I had to paint this crown molding by hand! Now that I am done painting I can FINALLY start decorating the living room for fall! As for the sinus issues, I found mold in the paneling in the basement (closest to the HVAC) so every time the a/c kicked on, the sniffles and sneezes commenced! 🤞 hoping the landlord can get it addressed quickly. #behrdynastypaint #wagnerpaintsprayer #vintagehomemakeover #freshpaint #flexiopaintsprayer #bringonthefalldecor
I am getting ready to say goodbye to the Highland I am getting ready to say goodbye to the Highland Park House with a transitional mantle. Hydrangeas and dried lavender sprinkled amongst antique books make loverly transition from summer to fall. Did you spot the spectacles? Those belonged to my grandmother! It kinda makes me think that she's still keeping an eye on things 😉 I actually built the mantle, and you won't believe what I used for those gorgeous legs! The post is coming soon, I can't wait to share it with you. Oh, and best part is that I get to take it with me to the new house. My fireplace at the new house - the vintage charmer - already has a mantle but I have the PERFECT spot for it. So much to share! Moving to a new town this weekend but remembering Moving to a new town this weekend but remembering the town I have called home for the better part of the past 25 years. The memorial for those who lost their lives and were injured on July 4th shows the love that embraces this community and those who visit. I actually haven't been back to the beach since that day. I won't be too far away and hope to visit the lake soon to search for beach glass. In the mean time, I wrap the town in a giant hugs and send love to the families of those still dealing with the aftermath of the tragedy. #hpstrong #lovetoall #mentalhealthawareness #nextchapter

Yesterday she started having troublenwith her back legs and today she didn't want to move from her comfy spot. It's crunch time! The first part of the BIG move It's crunch time! The first part of the BIG move is tomorrow and I confess, I am so not ready! I was down with Rona last week and it turned into a wicked sinus infection. It's so hard to rest when you have to pack and can't get any help packing because of COVID-19. We are working hard and taking lots of breaks and drinking lots of #liquidIV And when I see WE, I mean the kitties are making sure I don't forget to pack them! I am finally feeling a bit better after being hit I am finally feeling a bit better after being hit with COVID-19 last week. I am still tired and congested but I had enough energy to make a quick run to the new house to clean the floors in my bedroom and unpack the kitchen a bit. I an struggling with where to hand the curtains! Or maybe some pretty blackout Roman shades? I love a dramatic full curtain...may it is time to try something new.
